I pretty much have the cutest little sister ever.

Lila Mae.

The other day she walked into my room,

and our conversation went as following...

Me: Hey Liley Smiley. 

 (F.Y.I: That's big sis code for "Hey Lila.")

Lila: Would you take this test I made for my imaginary class, so I can grade it?

Me: Sure! But only if you promise not to mock me if I miss any...

Lila: Okie dokie! Thanks!

(Once I finished, she took it up...)

10 minutes later...

Lila: You missed two.

And that was that. 

Muffin Morning

I have always had a thing for muffins.

I don't know why I've never had a sweet tooth,

but when cake is served, 

I rake off all the icing to get to the cake part.

I guess I'm weird like that.

So to fit my craving for some "cake",

this Sunday morning,

I decided to surprise my family with a little breakfast treat...!

Friend Photoshoot Ideas

I'm always looking for fun things to do with friends.

My time with friends usually goes as following:

Check our Instagrams.

Talk.

Click the refresh button on Instagram.

Eat.

Talk some more.

I don't know about you,

but it kinda gets old...

So I've started to shake it up a little!

So this past week I decided to have a fun photoshoot with a good friend.

We did our Pinterest research, 

and gathered some fun ideas up to share with y'all!

DIY T-Shirt Headband

 This craft took me more time to write the post about it,

 than the actual time it took me to make it.

It's that simple.

It is one of those crafts you can make when your bored,

but don't have the patience to create anything grand.

It's also a great craft to make with a friend,

plus it's super duper practical.

I'm kinda in love with it.

Aztec Painted Sunglasses

Beach.

Beach.

It's basically all I can think about. 

I can't wait to wear my Polo hat backwards,

and let my hair get tangly in the breeze.

I can picture my neon painted toenails running through the sand,

and my sunglasses sliding off my slippery face full of sunscreen...

Hopefully I'll gain a few more freckles...

To get me in the "beachy" mood,

I painted my sunglasses with a fun aztec pattern.

Decoupage Composition Notebook

This past weekend I made a fun bet with 3 of my friends.

We said,

"Whoever can last the longest without having an instagram account,

the other two girls have to buy her a pedicure,

and feed her grapes and fan her during the pedicure."

 I was in immediately.

I knew it would be for the best.

So,

instead of "instagramming" in my meantime,

I have been crafting up a storm.

New Desk Area

Every blogger needs a proper place to blog,

And every blogger needs pretty posts.

This week,

I decided to hit two birds with one stone.
I decorated a proper blogging spot for myself,
And I decided to write a post about it!
I thought it turned out pretty cute and sleek.
(The perfect qualities for a calming place to blog!)

I am addicted.

I like to think it's for the good...

I mean...

It makes me put more effort into my clothes.

It inspires me to take cuter pictures on Instagram.

(My Instagram addiction is a whole other post.)

I stay more creative,

And I eat healthier. 

And,

It inspired me to redo my room,

 Yet once again.

Book Page Wreath

I'm pretty sure the only reason I would want to become a teacher,

Is for the decorating part.

My room would be pretty cute.

The boys probably wouldn't like it...

Luckily,

My teachers at school have started asking me to decorate their rooms!

Right now I am working on my history teacher's room.

He's a man,

So I can't fill it with banners and such.

I decided to go the old maps and burlap route.

I thought a big wreath made out of an old history book would be fabulous.
